The following form should be used to report any incident that occurs on any FWGC properties. Download the editable PDF document (awaiting new version) which can be either edited with your computer, saved and emailed, …or printed and filled out in ink and mailed via postal service. The forms are also available at the sign-in station at the ranges. In the interest of expediency, we ask that you email it as soon as possible to board@fortwhitegunclub.org.
